Terms & Conditions :
•	Rates are quoted for room only without breakfast.
•	Rates quoted with ++ which are subject to additional 10% service charge and 6% government tax.
•	All Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.
•	Buffet Breakfast at RM 25.90 ++ per adults and RM13.00 ++ per child
•	Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM75.00 ++ per bed per night without breakfast and RM 95.00 ++ per bed per night with breakfast.
•	A surcharge of RM100.00 ++ per room per night is applicable during Formula One period from 07 to 10 April 2011.
•	A Surcharge of RM 35.00 ++ per room per night is applicable during Peak Period as shown below.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the hotel’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
•	We Accept American Express, JCB, MasterCard, Diners, and Visa Cards.
•	Group and monthly rates available on request.
•	No extra charge for children under 12 years occupying same room with parents (without extra bed).

CANCELLATION POLICY

One night room charges for the total rooms reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 4 days prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.
